Soaped at room temperature with 4% fragrance

-  no problems with acceleration, discoloration, seizing or ricing. This is a fairly strong fragrance in the bottle but it smells much better after curing. I think you could possibly go a little lower on fragrance and still have a nicely fragrant soap.
