Orders and Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of most products in unopened, unused, and resellable condition. For quaity control purposes we do not accept returns on fragrances, but we do offer a free 1oz bottle with every 8oz or larger fragrance bottle purchased for you to try new fragrances at no cost!

We can hold any orders for pickup for up to 5 business days. Orders over 5 business days old will be restocked and subject to applicable service fees. Sale prices are also not valid on any orders not picked up within 5 business days.

We ship a lot of glass and glass can get broken during the process. Please let us know if any glass arrives broken and we will be happy to give you credit for any loss, but we do not have a way of send out replacement glass.

We can not guarantee stock of items placed for pickup as our stock changes constantly
