This wax is used more in cut & carve candle applications. This wax will give a mottling effect to your candle if no additives are used. This is a fully refined, petroleum derived white paraffin wax. It has a melt point of 140-143 degrees. Needle penetration @77 degrees of 12 and @100 degrees of 30. This wax is generally used for cut and carved candles, but can also be used for other applications depending on the percentage of additives used. This wax has a mottled look which can be increased when fragrance oil is added and will be decreased with the introduction of additives.
