• Add up to 0.5% fragrance oil (optional)
• Use Polysorbate 20 or another solubilizer for clarity if needed
• Mix gently to blend thoroughly
• Bottle into foaming pump containers
• Label and sell as a finished foaming hand soap
• If cloudiness occurs reduce fragrance load or the fragrance may not be compatible with water based systems

How to Use:
Pump into wet hands. Lather and scrub for at least 20 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
