Crystal Craft Crystals

You will need:
The Crystals
Soap Colorant
Fragrance
DPG
Several Spray Bottles
Utensil for stirring
Color-Safe container (Glass bowls work nicely)
Fragrance-Safe flat surface

Instructions:

1. Coloring the crystals

a. Scoop out the desired amount of crystals into a color-safe container.
b. Fill half way a small spray bottle with water (in case you need to dilute) and enough soap colorant to get the desired color. Mix water and color thoroughly. Test a small portion of crystals to see if the color intensity is right, then add more colorant or more water as needed to the bottle.
c. Spray crystals uniformly. Mix as needed
d. Let dry

2. Adding Fragrance

a. Mix fragrance with DPG in another bottle. We recommend mixing fragrance oil and DPG in a 1:1 ratio to get a more uniform coating
b. Coat the crystals evenly. You can use the spray bottle method or you can put the crystals in a plastic bag, add the fragrance/DPG mixture, and tumble then in the bag, giving the crystals an even coating of fragrance oil.
c. Let sit overnight to absorb the scent

People will want to know how to renew the scent: Put the crystals in a zip lock bag, add some of the refresher oil and tumble the crystals gently, coating them.
