What will fit in the Flat Rate Padded Envelope?
We can fit the following with no added products, 20 1oz Bottles, 5 8oz Bottles, or 3 1lb Bottles, 1 2lb Bottle.
When will I get my order?

Who can order from Aztec?
We welcome anyone to order. We have pricing based on quantity and if you are needing a quantity larger than what we have listed on our site please give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to get pricing for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, all of our prices are based on local pickup here in Knoxville, TN. We do not price products with a markup for shipping (usually 20%) as usually you will end up paying much more in shipping with “free shipping”. Shipping is based on weight to your zip code and can be found at any time by clicking on “my shopping cart”
Do you offer candle and soap making classes?

How do I get a coupon?
What is the difference in essential oils and fragrance oils?
An essential oil is the concentrated oil that is derived from a plant. A fragrance oil is a mix of essential and synthetic (man made) oils. Our fragrance oils are manufactured for use in candles and soap and can give off fragrance that you just can't get with essential oils.
What does it mean when we say a fragrance is "Skin Safe"
First, all of our fragrances can be used in making candles, but some (most) can also be used in making soaps, lotions, and other bath products. We mark products on our site as skin safe if the IFRA statment says they can be used in bar soaps at 10% or above. We mark them as skin safe and put the % that can be used from 5-10% usage and anything below 5% we mark as not skin safe.
Can you hold my order?
We can hold any orders for pickup for up to 5 business days. Orders over 5 business days old will be restocked and subject to applicable service fees. Sale prices are also not valid on any orders not picked up within 5 business days.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of most products in unopened, unused, and resellable condition. For quaity control purposes we do not accept returns on fragrances, but we do offer a free 1oz bottle with every 8oz or larger fragrance bottle purchased for you to try new fragrances at not cost!
Can I pickup/shop at Aztec in Knoxville?
Sure! We have all of our fragrances to smell and most of our items to view. We are open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm EST and the first Saturday of each month from 8am - Noon EST (Open every Saturday except the Saturday of Thanksgiving from Labor Day until the 1st of December from the same times) We do have several internet only specials like our 5 for $5 program and our free fragrance with every 8oz or larger bottle purchased and you can place an order online before stopping by and select "customer pickup" as your form of shipping or we even have a computer in our office that you can place your order at if you want to wait until your visit.
